Diversity Training and Workshops Programming is available to all students interested in exploring issues relating to social justice. What students have learned and from whom they have learned it, affects their attitude about everything relating to diversity and inclusion. These sessions are designed to meet the needs/goals of the particular group of leaders, residence hall or club/organization. We discuss current issues, work on raising a new consciousness on issues of diversity and inclusion, explore the significance of social identities, climate changes, as well as strategies to better educate for social justice. Safe Haven Training The Safe Haven Program is a series of training workshops offered through Intercultural Programs in an attempt to continue to build a more inclusive and socially aware campus. This program has been designed to assist those who wish to better advocate for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community, as well as other oppressed groups. The goals are to:
