Enrollment Verifications

 You can generate a "Self-Service Enrollment Verification" form on the Hollins Information System

(https://emerald.hollins.edu).

Students will occasionally need proof that they are registered full time for insurance companies, scholarships, etc. 

Enrollment verifications are available two weeks after the start of classes.

To request verification of enrollment you may do the following:

• Student must log onto the Hollins Information System.

  Enter Secure Area

  Click on "Student Services"

  Click  on "Self-Service Enrollment Verification"

  Complete required information, print "Enrollment Verification Certificate" and forward to requesting organization.
