Miss Louise's story
A life history
by
Jennapher Turner
My name is Jennapher Turner and I am currently a freshman at Hollins University. At the beginning of the semester the Professor Costa told us that we would be interviewing someone in a community. "Easy as pie!," I thought to myself reminiscing of the interviews I did in middle school. Weeks went by and we were reading books about interviewing, life histories, and what exactly they meant. "How hard could this be?," I thought to myself, "You interview someone, write down what they said and turn it in. What's the big deal?" So I went about my way and picked my favorite lady on campus who works in the Moody Center, and always offered a big hug, often referred to as "Miss Louise". She agreed to the interviews, and we set up the interview time, and I was anxious to get these 2 out of the way. However, nothing really worked out as planned. My web page is here to tell you about the process, the experience and the results. Hope you enjoy!
