ballet classes consist of classical ballet technique fusing vagonava, royal ballet and balanchine techniques and methods. the emphasis lies in clarity of technique- form and line, connectivity and integration, dramatic weight change and expansive spatial consumption.
the knowledge and practice of technique is broken into subdivisions focusing on alignment, knowledge and execution of technical positions/steps and terminology, ability to use integration (music and movement, axial and peripherial structures...)
