Restore Your Documents
If you normally keep your documents on your hard drive and you backed them up to the H: drive, you should restore your documents from the H: drive to your C: drive.  To do that, copy all of the folders inside the My Documents folder on H: to the My Documents folder on the hard drive of your new computer.

Outlook Setup
If you copied the outlook.pst file to your H: drive, you will want to restore this file to the C: drive.  (It contains personal folders)

Copy the file from the H: drive to C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
Replace username in the path above with  your network logon name (Ex. smithrk).
Ex. C:\Documents and Settings\smithrk\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

For Outlook to recognize these folders, you must set up Personal Folders in Outlook.  To do that:

Open Outlook.
Click on File, Data File Management
Click the Add button.
Select Personal Folders File (.pst) and click OK
Browse to find the outlook.pst file that you moved to your hard drive.
Supply a name of your choice in the Name: dialog box
Set the Encryption setting to Compressible Encryption
Click OK

Your personal folders should now be available in Outlook.
