The Hollins Information System

In the spring of 2003, Hollins installed an online Hollins Information System.

The web-based Hollins Information System will assist you with information about your courses and give you access to your transcript on line. The system will also provide easy access to the course catalog and semester class schedules.  You will also use it to register for courses throughout the year.

Logging On

To logon to this system, open Internet Explorer and enter the following address: https://selfserv7.hollins.edu
When you enter the Secure Area, enter your User ID (social security number) and PIN (personal ID number).

Your initial PIN is your birth-date in the format mmddyy.
For example, if your birth-date is February 5, 1952, your PIN will be 020552.

If your birth-date in not in our records, your PIN will be the last 6 digits of your User ID.
If you are unable to login to the Hollins Information System, please call Student Services or the Registrar's Office.

Be sure to change your password when you first connect to the system.  All student records are kept strictly confidential and in accordance with FERPA laws.
