Helpdesk

Hollins has a Helpdesk that can help with many of your computer related problems.  We support problems related to your connections to the network, the Microsoft Office suite, and your e-mail account.  On campus, dial x7777.  Off campus, call 540-362-6538.

If you have problems with your hardware, please consult the vendor from whom you purchased the system.

Course Professors

If you need help on software that is specific to a course, the professor can assist.
