Helpdesk Software

Hollins uses the Altiris Helpdesk software.  Altiris Helpdesk allows users to create their own tickets online and to track the progress of their tickets through the system.

How to use the  helpdesk online program

Enter the address http://www1.hollins.edu/helpdesk.htm  into your browser
or
Login to My.Hollins.edu and click on Helpdesk under Quicklinks on the Home tab.
