Course Goals/LAN Objectives:
  • Learn basic French vocabulary and grammar used in oral and written expression about a variety of daily living situations
  • Learn to understand elementary French spoken by native speakers
  • Learn to respond to questions and participate in dialogues with speakers of French using the present, past and future tenses of many commonly-used verbs
  • Learn about French culture and society and elements of daily life in France and other Francophone countries
