Library Locker Information & Reservations

Lockers are available in the Library Coffee Commons for semester use.

  1. To request a semester-long locker reservation, please complete and submit the application form below. Lockers will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. 
  2. Please use library locks only. Any unauthorized locks found on library lockers will be removed, and the lockers’ contents will be turned over to the Campus Safety Lost & Found.
  3. The lost lock replacement fee is $15.
  4. Use of a locker is at your own risk. Hollins University is not responsible for any loss or damages to the stored property.
  5. If a locker is damaged, the student may be held responsible for the damage.
  6. No food and drink may be kept in the lockers; no hazardous or illegal objects. The locker may not be used to violate any university policy or local, state, or federal law.
  7. Any circulating materials in the locker should be checked out to you. Non-circulating library materials (reference books, journals, etc.) may not be kept in a locker at any time.
  8. Any inappropriate use of a locker will minimally result in the loss of use.
  9. The library reserves the right to open lockers to inspect their contents at any time.
  10. All lockers are required to be vacated by the last scheduled final of the semester. If a locker is not vacated by the time its assignment expires, the locker will be opened and the lockers’ contents will be turned over to the Campus Safety Lost & Found.
