Hollins has a new helpdesk
software program called Altiris Helpdesk. Whenever you have a
computer, network, phone, or software related problem, you can
create an incident (trouble ticket) in the system
and it will be forwarded to the IT staff for resolution. You will
also be able to use Altiris to track the progress of your incident. (
