The Altiris Helpdesk

Hollins has a new helpdesk software program called Altiris Helpdesk.  Whenever you have a computer, network, phone, or software related problem, you can create an incident (trouble ticket) in the system and it will be forwarded to the IT staff for resolution. You will also be able to use Altiris to track the progress of your incident. You may still call the helpdesk as you have in the past and have them enter the incident for you. 

Banner users should continue to call the Banner Support Line for Banner related issues. (x6320)
